My Favourite Lip Products!

My Favourite Lip Products!

1. Benefit Posie Tint (around £24.50) available at Debenhams/Boots/House of Fraser/John Lewis/Online.
I really debated on whether to get this product or not as £24.50 seemed quite extortionate for a tint but it leaves my lips the prettiest "poppy-pink" colour after just simply dotting a tiny bit of it on. I never use it as a cheek stain as I am not too keen on using liquid-y tints on my face as they feel quite greasy.

2. Kate Moss for Rimmel Lipsticks in the colours 20 (old collection, black tube) and 107 (new collection, red tube) (around £5.50) available at Boots/Superdrug/Online.
I always wanted a bright pink lipstick and a dark red lipstick but didn't fancy forking out a lot of money, so when I saw these colours in Boots for just over £5, I knew I had to have them. In high street stores, I never try the lipstick on as they only leave an over-used tester out on the shelves, so I was quite worried that due to the matte-looking texture of these lipsticks, they would highlight cracks in my lips when they are dry, especially during the winter. I was quite shocked to find out it was the complete opposite, they both really moisturise my lips and last for such a long time, when Boots next have a 3 for 2 offer on I'm going to try(hoping they won't all be sold-out!) and get the whole collection.

3. Jelly Pong Pong Irish Cream Pavlova Lip Frosting (around £10) search online, a few places may still stock this product but it is sold out on the actual Jelly Pong Pong online store.
As stated on the back of the product, this lip frosting coats my lips with a lovely glossy sheen. I managed to pick this up at The Clothes Show Live when I purchased a Jelly Pong Pong goody bag which contained a few of their products, although I think now JPP has been rebraned to "So Susan" so I don't know if this product is still available. This gloss really does smell amazing and doesn't make your lips feel too sticky or heavy.

4. The Body Shop Born Lippy in Satsuma Shimmer (£2) available in The Body Shop/Online.
When smelling Born Lippy testers in The Body Shop, this lip balm/gloss really caught my senses as it has a gorgeous, refreshing, citrus-y aroma. It leaves a lovely, moisturising looking sheen on my lips and is not heavy at all. This product also looks good on the top of lipsticks to make them look more glossy. Such a good price and ideal for the handbag.

5. Clinique Chubby Stick in shade 15 Pudgy Peony (£16) available in John Lewis/Debenhams/House of Fraser/Boots/Online.
The Chubby Sticks all have amazing pigmentation but I felt this pink-shade really complimented my skin tone. The only minor downside for me is the fact that Clinique is 100% fragrance-free as I usually prefer my lip products to have a nice aroma, but I suppose this is better for my skin. At first I thought £16 was quite a lot for lipstick but I do wear this product quite a lot so I find I have gotten my money's worth.

6. MUA Lipstick in shade 11 (£1!!!!!!) available in Superdrug/Online.
I still can't believe it's that price. For a matte lipstick, this product is shockingly quite moisturising, I am definitely going to be purchasing more!
