REVIEW! Mane N Tail The Original Shampoo and Conditioner

Image
As I tend to rave to everyone and their dog about this line of haircare I thought I would compile my thoughts in a blog post (after two years of no posting – oops!).  I first heard about Mane N Tail from Cosmetics Charlotte on YouTube (Now called CharlottesChance). I immediately ordered the “original” shampoo and conditioner from Amazon to see the results for myself.   From the first wash I was hooked; my hair has never felt so soft and manageable; my unruly curly hair became much easier to style, whether I left it to dry naturally or used a hairdryer. The added benefit is definitely the hair growth – if you’re in the market for a product to do this them make sure you purchase a set as I have tried many products cl...

Percy & Reed - Quite Frankly Flawless Finishing Polish

This may look like an average dishevelled hairstyle, but to me, it's pretty much a breakthrough when it comes to my everyday hair routine, and all thanks to Percy & Reed. I can't even begin to list all the products which I have tried in the past that have claimed to smooth, de-frizz, control, straighten... etc my locks. A couple of months ago I picked up Glamour which just so happened to have the Percy & Reed Finishing Polish for hair attached (an 100ml sample, which is very generous!) Now, I'm a firm believer that if a company reckons their product is awesome and that it's going to sell, they'll be willing to give free samples to everyday consumers such as me, and not just renowned bloggers to use as promotion platforms, as they know you will love their product and will be back ...

Bumble and bumble. Surf Spray!

I recently saw an advertisement for the Bumble and bumble.Surf Spray featuring a model with amazing “beachy” waves which made interested inthe product as I’ve always wanted to achieve this kind of look with my hair, without using straighteners. The product can be used on both dry and damp hairand claims to give you " Sexy, salty, sun-dried, windswept styles - whenever, wherever. " I decided to purchase the 50ml size for £8.50 from a Boots’Bumble and bumble and when I was travelling on my way back from the store Idecided to read some reviews on the product, which instantly made me regretbuying it. The product had so many 1 star reviews, with people saying it’s awaste of money, and I thought I was going to really hate the product myself. As my hair goes quite frizzy and lifeless after blow drying,I think it would be a good idea to try it on dry hair. After spraying theproduct and scrunching and rearranging the ends, I started to notice ”beachy”waves form, which made my just-d...
